How does it work ?
Once your order is finalized you are redirected to a page allowing you to instantly download the zip file in which is the pattern and the explanatory booklet are. You will also receive by email directly after the payment of your order an email allowing you to download the ZIP file. This download link is valid for 30 days from the day the order was placed.
If you create an account before purchasing the pattern, your order will be always available by clicking in "My orders".
What are the proposed formats ?
The patterns are offered as PDF documents. Software that can read this type of file may be required. No physical shipment is available.
The different formats are:
A0 format (118.9 x 84.1 cm) for a full size print. This format requires printing by a professional.
A4 format (29.7 x 21 cm) to print them at home with a standard printer.
If you are printing in A4 size, choose the setting Print at 100% actual size. You will need to cut and assemble each sheet, please refer to the chosen pattern for the cutting plan and printing tips.
What does the order include?
Your order is a zip file, in which is included:
- the PDF pattern in A0 format in French.
- The PDF pattern in A0 format in English.
- The PDF pattern in A4 format in French.
- The PDF pattern in A4 format in French.
- The explanatory booklet in French.
- The explanatory booklet in English.
Once downloaded, choose the format that best suits you to print. The explanatory booklet can however be consulted directly on a screen. It is compatible with computer, tablet and laptop.
What is a PDF pattern?
A pdf pattern is a digital pattern that needs to be printed. Please inquire about the software you need to be able to read it.
Are seam allowances included?
Seam allowances are included in each of the patterns offered. Always check for each piece of the pattern the seam allowance indicated in the explanatory booklet.
What size should I choose?
From the product page you have access to the size reference table. This will help you choose the right size. Once the pattern has been purchased, you also have access to the table of the finished garment, which will help you decide which size to choose. This table is very useful if you are for example between two sizes. Before choosing the size, it is recommended to take your measurements with a tape measure.
For now, the sizes offered are:
36-38-40-42-44.
In which language are the patterns proposed?
The patterns are available in French and English.

Can I sell my garments made with one of your patterns?
No. Any representation, full or partial reproduction made without the consent of the author or his successors in title or successors in title is illegal. The sale of patterns or clothing made with Marijé patterns is prohibited, they are only intended for personal use.

Do I have to create an account to order?
You do not need to create an account to order. From the product page you can directly buy the product by clicking on the “buy” button or add to your cart by clicking on “add to cart". You will then be directed to a payment page on which you will have to enter your method of payment as well as your identity for sending the invoice.
How will I receive my order?
Once validated, a download link will be sent to the email address provided during your purchase. Don't hesitate to check your spam folder, it's likely to be hiding there. Once the order has been placed, the download link in the email is valid for 30 days. Your order is also present in your personal area if you have created one before the purchase. Any order made before the registration of your account does not appear in there.
How will I receive my order?
Once confirmed, your order will be sent to the email address provided. Don't hesitate to check your spam folder, it's likely to be hiding there.
Note: If the status of your order is confirmed, it means that your order has been validated. If the status of your order is canceled, your order has not been taken into account, and you have therefore not been charged.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If your payment has been validated but you have not received your order by email, please check your personal account, it is automatically added. Otherwise, please contact us at marijecontact@gmail.com mentioning the email address with which you ordered as well as your first and last name.
I have lost my order, what should I do?
A confirmation email is sent containing a link to download the article. The link is valid for 30 days. Your order also appears in your personnal account, you can download it again at any time, even after 30 days. Please note that Marijé is not responsible for the loss of your file.
On which media can I download my order?
You can download your order from a computer, laptop or tablet. You must be connected to the internet to access your order. You must also have software to read PDF files.
The site does not work, what to do?
If the site or page you want to visit does not work, please try from another browser and if necessary clear your cash and cookies. If you still cannot access the information on the site, it may be due to a technical problem.
In this case, please contact us to explain your problem. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
